Yoga is a transformative practice that helps release blocked energies, allowing the body to restore its natural flow. It is a journey of returning to oneself, connecting deeply to the body, breath, and spirit.
From an early age, yoga became an essential part of life, introduced by my aunt, the first female yoga teacher in Iran. It was through her that yoga found its way into our family. At 15, I began practicing Hatha and Ashtanga Yoga, and in 2016, I deepened my practice by completing the Sivananda Yoga Teacher Training in Vienna.
Beyond the Physical
For me, yoga is much more than a physical practice. It strengthens the connection between body, mind, and soul, and helps dissolve blockages within. Through conscious breathing, we tap into our vital energy—Prana—and allow it to flow freely, bringing vitality and balance. In my courses, I place great emphasis on the breath, integrating specific breathing exercises that guide and deepen the practice, enhancing the flow of energy.
Music has always been a companion on my journey. It is a powerful tool that enhances my practice, and I incorporate it into my teaching. In my courses, I sing and play guitar to enrich the experience, and during the final Savasana, I offer soft piano music for deep relaxation, helping to create an atmosphere of complete peace and inner stillness.

Through yoga, I find gratitude for the abundance it brings into my life. I now have the privilege of sharing this practice with others, guiding retreats and offering a space for connection, healing, and growth.
